From the Harford County Child Advocacy Center:
An Aberdeen man was arrested after a Harford County Child Advocacy Center investigation developed evidence supporting charges of possession of child pornography.
The defendant is identified as Samuel Hyman, 67, of Aberdeen, MD.
Investigators became involved after a CyberTip from the National Center for Missing and Exploited Children led to a search and seizure warrant at Hyman’s residence.
During the search, investigators made contact with Hyman who admitted to possession of child pornography. Investigators also recovered items of personal electronics and other evidence from Hyman’s residence.
Hyman was initially charged with 5 counts of possession of child pornography. He was released from custody on $15,000 bond awaiting trial.
Anyone with information relating to Hyman or this investigation is encouraged to contact Master Trooper Adam LeCompte with the Maryland State Police – Bel Air assigned to the CAC at (410) 638-4975.

There is no crime here. To download a video from the public domain can not be illegal because the internet is the public’s domain. The man caused no harm from his actions and unless he is a government employee, no crime has been committed. All regulation of behavior thru codified jibber jabber is unconstitutional, unless you work for the government. However, the government will try and cover up it’s acts of fraud, war and treason almost every time. This case must be dismissed for a lack of jurisdiction and any Judge that does not immediately dismiss this case should be executed for the treason they are committing. The video may have been distasteful and show inappropriate behavior, but the man being persecuted didn’t make the video, participate in the video or introduce the video into the public domain. There is no authority to regulate what we watch in our home and to spy on people in order to see what they are looking at in the privacy of their own home is a 4th Amendment violation. It’s time to put the treasonous government in it’s place and Harford County can start by stopping the political and religious persecution of it’s citizens by ignoring the unconstitutional statutes created by the traitors in Washington D.C. and Annapolis. This is the truth, whether you like what this man watches in the privacy of his own home or not….
