Senate Minority Leader J.B. Jennings today announced Republican Senate Standing Committee assignments for the 2019 Legislative Session.
“The new committee appointments are based on the interests of members of the Caucus, and also include some new faces that will offer a fresh perspective on issues,” Jennings said. “I’m confident that these changes will benefit the needs of our State and I look forward to working with all of the newly formed committees when the legislature convenes in January.”
Minority Whip Steve Hershey added “We are excited to welcome four new members to our Caucus. We believe we have assigned caucus members to committees that will benefit from each individual’s field of expertize.”
