From the Aberdeen Police Department:
The Aberdeen Police Department charged Aaron Swanson, 19, a Tier III registered sex offender, with rape and other sex offenses after investigating a complaint made on December 1st.
On November 30th, it was reported that a female was physically and sexually assaulted by Swanson in a vehicle parked in the 600 block of McHenry Drive. It is further alleged that Swanson, against the will of the victim, forcibly removed the victim’s clothing, and engaged in sexual intercourse with the victim against her will. Swanson has been charged with the following criminal offenses:
– Rape 1st Degree
– Rape 2nd Degree
– 1st Degree Sex Offense
– 2nd Degree Sex Offense
– 3rd Degree Sex Offense
– 4th Degree Sex Offense
Swanson is currently being held on a no bail status at the Harford County Detention Center.
