From the Aberdeen Police Department:
On Saturday, November 19, 2016, at approximately 9:00 AM, the Aberdeen Police Department responded to an apartment the 300 block of Stevens Circle in reference to a domestic dispute. Upon arrival responding officers could hear an intense verbal altercation from inside the residence. A female opened the apartment door and she was holding a bloody towel.
Investigation revealed that the female had been in an argument with her boyfriend who was identified as 19-year old, Antony Jabez Smith. Officers were directed to a bedroom where Mr. Smith was said to be however he refused to exit. An Officer responded to the rear and found Mr. Smith had exited through a window and was running. Officer’s quickly apprehended Mr. Smith without incident. The victim incurred a knife wound to her arm because of the altercation that turned physical.
The victim was transported to a local emergency room for treatment by emergency medical personnel from the Aberdeen Fire Department. Mr. Smith is charged with 1st and 2nd degree assault and Reckless Endangerment. Both the victim and Mr. Smith reside together.

Seems like discussing the nature of an injury would be a HIPAA violation. Why would the report include such information if it were against the law? Oh, that’s right, the law doesn’t apply to everyone equally.
I don’t think you fully understand the law. It doesn’t apply to anyone but healthcare providers and health plans. Not the news or police or general public.

Actually, I think that “A B Verb” only forgot an apostrophe when they typed “Youd”—as in: “You’d” — which means: “You would” — as in “You would have to be some kind of moron…”
Too funny, I told A B Verb I wouldn’t discuss this with him anymore, which I don’t do with uneducated people. So he has his girl puppy try to talk smack…haha..
