Oct 29 Don’t miss the 28th annual Halloween Costume Event and Parade and Trick-or-Treat, at the Festival at Bel Air on Route 24 at Bel Air South Parkway. it is again being held in the parking lot between Rite Aid and Uptown Cheapskate, starting at 11:00 AM! All kids in costumes get candy and trick-or-treat bags, plus coupons from FESTIVAL MERCHANTS!
Trick-or-Treating begins at 11:15 am, and parents and children are welcome at EVERY STORE in the Festival displaying the COLORFUL and FAMILIAR Halloween poster. The top 10 Finalists in the Costume Contest get prize bags with great gifts; the winners receive gift certificates to Festival stores, with the GRAND PRIZE being a $150 in gift certificates; second place $100 and third place $75.
