From Harford County government:
Following the construction of a new roundabout at Plumtree Road near MD Route 24 in Bel Air, the roads listed below have been reopened to all through traffic by the Harford County Department of Public Works:
· Tollgate Road between Ring Factory Road and Plumtree Road
· Plumtree Road between Cypress Drive and MD Route 24
