Officers arrived on the scene and located a male, 63, suffering from lacerations and abrasions to the skull, feet and elbow. The male was transported to Harford Memorial Hospital for non-life threatening injuries. He was eventually released.

The pedestrian was walking on the shoulder of the roadway when the striking vehicle traveled onto the shoulder of the roadway striking the pedestrian. The striking vehicle left behind a mirror, mirror housing, and a silver outer shell that wrapped around the mirror. Investigators are unsure of the make or model of the striking vehicle or the driver’s identity.

Which side of the car did the mirror come from? I think pictures would help, there are a ton of people that work in the automotive industry that may be able to give some insight on the model of vehicle involved…

How do you hit someone while driving and keep on driving? Probably doesn’t even have a driver’s license.

It’s a shame Hit and Run is becoming so common, whether property damage, personal injury or both.
I just assume it’s people who have a problem with their drivers license/insurance and or DUI alcohol or drugs.
Seems like last everyday someone wrecks into something and takes off.
If only more body shops “see something, say something.”
