Growing in a trailer park?!?!? Dumbass…
SoulCrusher says
I guess you’ve never seen the “Trailer Park Boys”. Its not very unusual at all……
W.T.F. ? says
Really folks? It’s 2016 and we’re concerned about “pot”?
Get real, this shit doesn’t hurt anybody and it’s safer than booze.
What a waste of tax dollars on this useless “war on drugs” (investigation, prosecution, incarceration, etc.) This is absolute B.S.! Great job APD SOU (Not!).
Oh….and way to go “nosey neighbor”, you are a waste of flesh.
P.S. Marijuana (recreational use) is legal in many states, and medicinal use is available in many more, with a national legalization coming sometime in the not so distant future!
Get used to it fools….
dbbie says
this guy needed to be arrested just for being stupid
Gary says
Yea because being stupid people should be in jail for no other reason.
URN Asshole dbbie
A Realist says
Maybe that nosey neighbor was concerned about the “traffic” coming in and out of the neighborhood…
CC says
So I keep hearing about the decriminalization of marijuana. So what exactly about it is decriminalized?
LH says
You cannot be arrested for possession of amounts less than 10 grams you will only be cited. That is the decriminalization portion of the law. It is still illegal to grow without a medical license, to posses amounts larger than 10 grams, to manufacture, or distribute.
HYDESMANN says
So the government or one of their approved entities can grow and sell weed but if a citizen does he is punished. Maybe Obama will step in and pardon him like he’s been doing for hundreds of dope dealers.
Reality says
The cops did their job but this sort of bust is joke. Medical weed has been legal since 2013 but the state/ government that controls the program is so slow it’s still at least a year away from being available.
On top of that this was no drug king pin, look at the evidence? It’s a freaking joke. The only thing dangerous about pot is getting arrested for it, been around for 1000’s of years and hasn’t killed anyone yet. If you want to lock up the drug dealers start arresting the Doctors that handed out Oxy scripts.
HarfordOldTimer says
Barely enough to have a party with. This is a pony keg to share with friends and a waste of time.
SoulCrusher says
There is no such thing as legal marijuana in Maryland. There is no such thing as a prescription for marijuana in Maryland. For everyone who says its being decriminalized, think about this, if its not a crime then why are you being cited for it? If its not a crime then why are you being fined for it? Remember, small amounts come from somewhere. That somewhere is usually from a larger amount. So the supposed decriminalized amount of 10 grams or less, had to come from 10 grams or more. The entire contrivance is a incredibly misleading. Speaking of contrivance, I’m sure some kind of trespass and 4th Amendment issues were breached during the investigation of this supposed criminal. Kinda seems as if just as many laws were broken arresting the man as he was supposedly breaking. Have you ever wondered why an agent of the state is allowed to break laws that you or I can not? Something to think about, huh? The law has become lawless……

Plain Truth
Just more stupid waste of taxpayer funds and draconian persecution of citizens! So, these cops had solved every single murder and violent crime and were looking for something more to do right? Anyone can see that cannabis prohibition is a complete waste of precious law enforcement and court resources! Lazy police officers picking soft targets instead of fighting real crimes. So back to work lazy cops on, unsolved murders, rapes, assault and theft and leave cannabis alone!
Figures from the Center for Disease Control on numbers of deaths per year in the USA:
* Prescription Drugs: 237,485 + 5000 traffic fatalities
* Tobacco: 390,323
* Alcohol: 88,013 + 16,000 traffic fatalities
* Cocaine: 4,906
* Heroin: 7,200
* Aspirin: 466
* Acetaminophen (Tylenol): 179
* Marijuana: 0, none, not a single fatal overdose and almost no traffic problems.
So, which is safer???? Legalize, regulate and TAX!
