On Tuesday August 9, 2016, Bel Air Police responded to the 300 block of George Street for a report of a burglary and theft of a game system.
Investigation identified Brandon Len Carroll (32 years old) of Havre de Grace, Maryland as the suspect.
Mr. Carroll was located on Fountain Rock Way in Edgewood, Maryland and arrested on August 10, 2016 and taken to the Harford County Detention Center. He faces charges of 1st and 4th degree burglary and theft under $1,000.00.
