Development Plan: Veteran Compost is a local veteran-owned business focused on collecting and composting food scraps located at 328 Bush Chapel Road, Aberdeen, Maryland 21001. Veteran Composting is hosting a community meeting to explain the facility as part of the process for inclusion in the Harford County Solid Waste Master Plan.

The County’s Solid Waste Management Plan was last updated on March 16, 2015. The Plan may be amended, adding or removing items at any time with the approval of the County Council. The current plan may be viewed at http://www.harfordcountymd.gov/DocumentCenter/View/105?
Harford County should welcome them and let them pick up and compost all the wasted food from Harford County Public Schools.
We’ve used his compost for our gardens and he has a great product. I hope his plan succeeds.
