From Harford County government:
County Home Road in Bel Air will be closed to all through traffic for one day on Thursday, June 30, 2016 for road construction. During the one-day closure, the MA & PA Dog Park and the parking lot for the MA & PA Heritage Trail will be inaccessible. Please make other arrangements if you travel on this roadway.
The road will reopen on Friday, July 1, and be open on Saturday July 2, 2016 for access to the county’s Tollgate Road Yard Waste Drop-off site. For more information, please call 410-638-3217 extension 2434.
