Development Location: 1215 Baltimore Pike on the S.W. corner of the intersection of Old Joppa Road and Baltimore Pike (Route 1).

Development Plan: Site includes 4.57 acres currently zoned B3 and will include 8,400 sq. ft. Daycare with 6,000 sq. ft. outdoor play area and 21,200 sq. ft. commercial retail.
