The Harford County Department of Public Works has reopened Watervale Road and Vale Road at Watervale Road Bridge to all through traffic following completion of the bridge replacement project. Please note the new traffic pattern and obey posted speed limits on adjacent roads.

The landscape companies hall ass down Water Vale Rd. I was ran off the road there and almost hit while riding my bike on more than one occasion. I won’t ride there anymore unless it is very early on the weekends. It is sad because it is a beautiful road to ride on.
I was just passed on the left lane (inbound traffic lane) on watervale road by some clown in a white pickup truck because going the speed limit was not fast enough for him.
This road isn’t safe anymore and someone is going to be killed.
Maybe if someone gets killed by a driver having an overdose the sheriff will take notice.
You describe driving EVERYWHERE in this county.
Try driving county road at 4am, you’ll get passed on double yellow, shoulder turn lanes everyday (like I do).
People usually pass me doing 20-40mph over the speed limit and I roll up behind him waiting at the red light.
This one guy passed me so many times on a daily basis that everytime I rolled up behind him stopped at a red light, he’d actually RUN the red light. Not sure of his pride or he was worried aboute getting a tag number gets the best of him.
This is the second guy who turns his high beams on behind me as he rides my ass.
WATERVALE ROAD IS OUT OF CONTROL WITH SPEEDERS.
