APR 30 NATIONAL PERSCRIPTION DRUG TAKE BACK DAY.. Harford County will have three authorized sites for citizens to dispose of unwanted left over prescription medications. The following locations will take in old meds from 10 am to 2 pm. County Office building parking lot at 220 S Main Street, Havre de Grace Police Station 715 Pennington Ave in the River City and the Maryland State Police Barrack on Bel Air Road in Benson opposite Jones Dealerships.
