On Friday, April 22, 2016, the Aberdeen Police Department was notified of the arrest of Alexander Brown following his capture by the Harford County Sheriff’s Office at a local Edgewood motel. Brown, a fugitive, had been sought following a shooting on New County Road that occurred December 10, 2015. A second suspect in the case, Curran Daniels, had already been arrested following the incident. Brown’s arrest officially closes the case.
Brown was transported to the Harford County Detention Center where he faces charges for Attempted 1st Degree Murder, Attempted 2nd Degree Murder, First Degree Assault, Second Degree Assault, Reckless Endangerment, Firearm Use during the commission of a Violent Crime, and Handgun on Person.
