From the Harford County Sheriff’s Office:
Deputies with the Harford County Sheriff’s Office Warrant Unit arrested a man in Cecil County early Thursday morning in connection to a shooting that occurred in December.
On December 30th, at approximately 9:59 p.m., deputies from the Harford County Sheriff’s Office Southern Precinct were called to a home in the 900 block of Topview Drive in Edgewood for the report of a person shot. Upon arrival, deputies located one victim with multiple gunshot wounds near the address. Medics transported the victim to Johns Hopkins Bayview Medical Center for treatment of non-life-threatening injuries.
Detectives from the Harford County Sheriff’s Office Criminal Investigations Division responded to continue the investigation. Detectives with the Forensic Services Unit processed the scene for evidence.
Preliminarily, detectives determined the male victim was in the 900 block of Topview Drive with a female, when they were approached by four black male suspects and the victim was shot multiple times.
Through investigation, detectives were able to identify two suspects in connection to this shooting, Ronald Scaife, 22, and Deonte Copenhaver, 21. Arrest warrants charging both with attempted 1st degree murder, 1st degree assault, attempted 2nd degree murder, 2nd degree assault and use of a firearm in the commission of a felony were issued by a District Court Commissioner.
Deputies arrested Scaife in Baltimore in January, a week following the shooting. Around 4:30 a.m. on Thursday, Deputies assigned to the Warrant Unit of the Harford County Sheriff’s Office, with assistance from the Maryland State Police, U.S. Marshall’s Office, and Cecil County Sheriff’s Office, located Deonte Copenhaver in Cecil County and took him into custody without incident.
Copenhaver was transported to the Harford County Detention Center where he is currently being held awaiting bail review.
When will the courts wake up? After looking at his rap sheet cant figure out what this pos was doing out on the streets. Would like to see his juvenile record.

Inevitably some poster will call Joe Messenger a racist based on his last post. Before they make those assessments they should consider some data which may have made him draw those conclusions. Obviously we can draw our own conclusions based on the reoccurring accounts of behavior we see in and on the media. I came across some interesting data which I thought I would share to in some way support his conclusions. Blacks currently are approximately 14 percent of the population of the United States. If you took blacks out of the equation the following would occur :
Prison population would drop 37 percent
Gang members would drop 53 percent
Obesity would drop 11 percent
Aids/HIV would drop 65 percent
Chlamydia would drop 54 percent
Gonorrhea would drop 69 percent
Syphilis would drop 58 percent
Poverty would drop 34 percent
Homelessness would drop 57 percent
Welfare payments would drop 42 percent
Crime rates would drop 43 percent
Democrats voter base would drop 76 percent
Criminal Defense lawyers would have a significant case reduction
The above data certainly does not bode well for the Black Lives Matter people. Much can be done about racism in this country on both sides of the board . The fix could start with accepting culpability instead of passing the blame and making excuses

Well Kelly. Judging from his rap sheet and pending charges I think it’s safe to say that he is not a nice guy but instead a piece of garbage. The fact that you’re defending leads me to believe that you are either A. Baby’s momma or B. A random side piece that he’s breaking off a little action too. Relax they may allow a few conjugal visits for you and your sugar bear.
