HarfordNEXT, the latest version of the Master Plan draft deadline for comments is March 23rd. If you want a say in planning for your street, neighborhood or county, this is your chance.

You can use the County comment section within the plan, as follows:
1. Go to https://harfordcounty.opencomment.us/
2. At the upper right of the page, click on “Log In” This will open a new page where you can Create a new account or log in to an existing one.
3. If you have never logged in, it will ask for a Username. Type in any name you want. You can use your name or an alias. Create a password.
4. Log In
5. You can comment on any and all parts of the plan. For example, the part that discusses the three additions to the Development Envelope is on page 28 of the Grow With Purpose chapter. You can click on a sentence and make a comment pro or con on it. When you click on a line, a window with your name on it pops up on the right side of the page; write your comment then click SAVE. The line of text you chose will now show a blue “bubble” next to it. Clicking on any blue bubble will show you all comment(s) on that line. You can add a comment to someone else’s bubble by choosing “Reply” at the end of their comment and you’ll get your own space to make your comment.

NO ONE shows up to the Community Advisory Meetings to voice their opinions…that’s why. Let it happen! Section 8 Housing here it comes!!
