Capt. Jim is a spineless ***. He was an avid Craig supporter. He was an avid Jesse Bane supporter. I once saw the Capt. Jim bullshit ask an elderly person to give up their seat at a board of education meeting so he could sit. The guy is the poster boy for establishment politics. Capt. jims last move was to change hiring rules for council members so that Barry could hire Billy.
