From the Aberdeen Police Department:
A suspect has been identified and charged in the January 18th robbery of a Victory cab driver. Marshall Robert Chapman, age 27 of Forsythia Drive in Abingdon was charged on February 16, 2016.
Chapman was already being held without bond at the Harford County Detention Center on an unrelated offense when the warrant was issued. Chapman was charged with armed robbery, robbery, first & second degree assault, possessing a dangerous weapon with the intent to injure and theft under $100.00.
Vermin should be exterminated.

I am sure he is a well mannered young man, full of hope. I am sure he has never done anything like this, and had a bright future ahead of him after attending classes at Harford Community College.
I actually worked with this young man, him and I worked side by side in the same departure I’ve picked him up and dropped him off for work on several occasions.He was a good hard worker, and yes he was well mannered and very very intelligent.
Never thought he wld have done something like this, but needless to say I was absolutely blown away when I saw this, And whats even more crazy is the cab driver is an actual friend of mine. His poor mother my heart hurts for her.
