From the Aberdeen Police Department:
On Thursday, February 4, 2016, at approximately 10:55 PM, the Aberdeen Police Department responded to the 900 block of Avon Drive in reference to a stabbing.
Responding officers found Otis Harper, 55, suffering from stab wounds sustained during an altercation. The stabbing victim was transported by Aberdeen Fire and EMS to Johns Hopkins Bayview due to the severity of his injuries. After processing the scene, it was determined Earl Wilson, 73, was responsible for causing Harper’s injuries. Wilson was transported by Aberdeen Fire and EMS to Johns Hopkins Bayview where he is being treated for superficial injuries.
At the time of this press release, the victim’s condition has been listed as critical at Johns Hopkins Bayview.
Wilson is being charged with attempted 1st degree murder, attempted 2nd degree murder, 1st degree assault, 2nd degree assault, and reckless endangerment.
