From the Havre de Grace Police Department:
On Tuesday January 19, 2016 at approximately 3:48 pm, the Havre de Grace Police Department responded to the BB&T Bank, 203 Market Street, Havre de Grace for a robbery that had occurred. When officers arrived on scene, the suspect had already fled the area on foot. Officers conducted a search of the surrounding area, but were unable to locate the suspect.
It was learned that the suspect had entered the location and demanded money through the passing of note. It was indicated by the suspect that he was armed through movements in his pockets, but no weapon was ever displayed. The suspect was able to flee the area with an undisclosed amount of currency.
The suspect, captured on CCTV cameras, was a white male wearing a dark in color jacket, black ski mask, blue jeans, gloves, and appeared to have a light beard and freckles.
Anyone with information regarding the robbery of the BB&T bank on Market Street is asked to call the Havre de Grace Police Department at 410-939-2121.

You would think that in this day and age they could invest in a camera that actually takes a decent picture. The fish eye effect on the first photo is a nice touch.

These photographs are a major improvement over earlier ones that were so grainy it was hard to tell what was in the photograph. But you are right. Iimprovements should be made.
