Bel Air Police intercept 18 packets of heroin and 54 grams of marijuana, your police protecting your family and neighborhoods with aggressive policing.
On Monday 12/28/15 at 12:50 a.m., Bel Air Police patrol officers, K9 Officer First Class Kauffman and Officer Maro responded to the 900 block of South Jackson Blvd for a report of a burglary in progress. Upon arrival, officers located a 2011 silver Hyundai Sonata at the end of South Jackson Blvd occupied by two males; the passenger matched the description of the person reportedly trying to break in to the victim’s home.
Officers noted an odor of marijuana coming from the vehicle and subsequently searched the vehicle locating approximately 54 grams of suspected marijuana, 18 foil packets of suspected heroin and various items of paraphernalia including scales and marijuana grinders.
Officers made two arrests; one is a juvenile who is 17 years of age. The other is identified as Zachary Roberto Forrester an 18-year-old African American male who resides on Pentwood Road in the Seasons Apartments. Each arrestee is charged with numerous crimes related to possession and distribution of controlled dangerous substances and possession of controlled dangerous substance paraphernalia.

The only reason you know more HUD home holders that are white is because the white folk are getting the loans and the others don’t. I saw a press conference in the fall of our year involving the president and his housing secretary wanting to implement a plan to fund the integration of minorities in to the more affluent communities. He felt that this would help them assimilate in to those communities and take root. Sadly statistics have proven that this does not happen. I challenge him to show the American people just one place in this country where an African American majority, for example, has made communities stronger, safer, or better. I give you Baltimore, Detroit, Trenton, Oakland, Edgewood…..…….and the list goes on.

Although it does not produce the colorful, vivid hallucinations of other stronger hallucinogenics, it changes the user’s perceptions of time and alters their reality (Beavis and Butthead are suddenly….. really…. like, funny… man).
Continued use essentially re-wires the user’s brain, creating patterns for paranoia and highlighting any (formerly latent) manic-depressive imbalances or Schizophrenic tendencies.

@Open Your Eyes – I am 43 years of age. I haven’t used or seen LSD since I was 19 years old. I haven’t seen or used Mushrooms since I was 19 years old. Those are the only REAL hallucinogens that have entered my system. We were discussing whether or not Marijuana is a hallucinogen. Marijuana is NOT a hallucinogen, that’s the bottom line. I have NO problem admitting what I have done in my past. I’ve never done MDMA as it came after my tripping days were long gone. Hallucinogens are a young man’s poison and I’m too old to even think of doing anything of that nature anymore. High Blood Pressure has relegated me to very little Marijuana use, but I did partake in the sharing of a joint on New Years eve with some friends. I did consume over a six pack of beer as well. I think I did two shots of Tequila to boot. I did NOT drive. I did NOT commit any crime. I’m not sure if I know who Melissa Harris-Perry is, so I don’t have an opinion on her. As for Reverend Al Sharpton, I feel that he is a race baiter and I love the way he shows up to black communities that have had problems, in order to start passing the donation jar around. Sharpton has made a living off of other people’s tragedies and his claim to fame is having marched with Martin Luther King Jr. during the 60’s. Sharpton is a felonious Tax Evader and probably should have been imprisoned. His role in the Civil Rights movement has prevented this, as if he were jailed, the blacks that believe in his message of oppression, would probably riot or cause other civil unrests. During my career as a Bail Bondsman, I noticed that the MOST racist people I’ve ever encountered were old black folk in Baltimore City. I always excused their racism as they lived through a time of severe racial tension and lived the civil rights movements of the past. They probably had good reason to hate us the way they do. In my opinion, the Republican Party has been using racism as a tool to gain voters during the 22nd century that we are currently in. I believe the Republican party has suppressed the voters of Southern America since the 80’s and believe that a lot of Right wingers are nut jobs that hold “Mein Kampf” closer to their hearts than the US Constitution.
