NOTICE – Pursuant to Chapter 165, Article II of the Bel Air Town Code, the Bel Air Planning Commission will hold a public meeting on Thursday, January 7, 2016 at the Bel Air Town Hall, 39 N. Hickory Avenue, Bel Air, MD beginning at 7:00 p.m. to review:
– a Site Plan and Subdivision Plan for a 38 unit Townhouse development located at 1200 E. Churchville Road submitted by Ten Oaks Realty;
– a Site Plan & Special Development for a 2,528 sq. ft. expansion to the existing restaurant/bar located at 29 S. Main Street submitted by The Main Street Tower; and
– a Site Plan & Special Development for a 9500 sq. ft. Construction Services building and Agricultural Products Processing (timber) use at 24/32 Ellendale Street submitted by Chavis Enterprises.

They want to build an apartment complex on the property behind Bel Air Elementary. The hearing for that is this Monday at Bel Air Town Hall 7:30 pm. If you don’t show up you have no room to complain. They will keep allowing the building if we don’t start speaking out against it. Can’t find a place to park to begin with in town
