From the Maryland Natural Resources Police:
Two men were charged with multiple counts of illegal hunting on Dec. 18, 2015 for their actions earlier in the season.
Stephen Eugene Nuckols Jr, 30, and Brian Joseph Nuckols, 25, both of Perry Hall, each received citations for hunting deer closed season, nighttime hunting, having a loaded weapon in a vehicle, hunting at nighttime with lights, hunting on private land without written permission, casting rays of artificial light with an implement, negligent hunting, and two criminal charges for possessing a dangerous weapon.
An officer on patrol near the Darlington Cemetery on Nov. 29 noticed a white passenger car traveling slowly north and south on Shuresville Road.
The vehicle backed into two driveways so the occupants could scan the fields on the opposite side of the road for deer using the vehicle’s high beams and a flashlight.
The officer stopped the car and found a loaded rifle under the back seat.
Stephen Nuckols, is on probation for a 2010 trespassing conviction obtained by the Maryland Natural Resources Police.
The two men are scheduled to appear in Harford District Court on Feb. 18. If convicted on all counts, they could face up to six years in prison, be fined as much as $11,750 and have their hunting privileges revoked for up to five years.
Geeee!!!! Guess they didn’t learn the FIRST time with probation from Natural Resources!!! They should
get jail time and the fine. But, should also have hunting privileges taken for good!!!!!!!!!!

It can be obvious to assume that these types won’t care if they are “banned” from hunting, they will just do it anyway. Much like hundreds of people driving our Harford County roadways who are not allowed to do so.
Maybe it’s time that we started “thinning the herd”.
Too bad they weren’t hunting groundhogs. I would have given them permission to get the one under my back porch.
With the over population of deer in this county it takes a couple of idiot brothers who can’t take them legally. What is the bag limit per person? 12 each?
Basically with exceptions:
antlerless – unlimited with a bow, 10 in firearm and 10 muzzleloader
antlered – 1 bow, 1 firearm and 1 muzzleloader plus 1 bonus
Poachers are some of the worst. I encourage all legal hunters to purge the ranks and call the “Catch A Poacher Hotline”. As a legal hunter and landowner, it is a constant battle and deer season is always the worst.
Great -: a couple of idiots riding around with a loaded rifle in their car. And . . . stupid enough to be hunting in a populated area. Now I have to worry about bullets being fired through the walls of my house? What rock do guys like this crawl out from under?
The smartest thing you can do is constantly zig/zag and duck and unduck all day long. Even while sitting, keep fucking and moving your upper body side to side.
