I’m not opposed to this by any means. But I wonder with all the vacant corporate office space around here resulting from BRAC, what is the business model that justifies building more corporate office buildings? What business entities are going to lease this space?

Yupe, lots of vacant office/commercial space available in the Aberdeenie area, and we want to build more? lol
What up with that? Is the ‘deen office space way too much money?
Pathetic that no tenant has occupied that dump next to Target.
