Ripken Baseball announced John Bramlette as its Executive Vice President of Amateur Baseball. Bramlette will be responsible for the management and growth of youth baseball programing including player development and tournaments at The Ripken Experience complexes in Maryland, South Carolina and Tennessee. He will also oversee the annual Cal Ripken World Series, the culminating tournament of the elite baseball talent in the Babe Ruth League’s 12u Cal Ripken Division hosted at The Ripken Experience Aberdeen Powered by Under Armour in Maryland.

Prior to Ripken Baseball, Bramlette served in various roles including Director of Camp Operations and Business Development for The Headfirst Companies, a leading provider of youth camps and academic baseball showcases, the Headfirst Honor Roll Camps. While at Headfirst, Bramlette managed all Honor Roll Camp program offerings and operations, implemented strategic growth strategies, and analyzed company-wide sales competencies. He also founded Bramlette Consulting LLC in 2011, which provided educational consulting for high school students seeking guidance in the college admission and recruiting processes.
Bramlette is a graduate of The George Washington University Law School and holds a Bachelor’s degree in Political Science from Haverford College, where he also played Division III baseball. He currently resides in Washington D.C.
