On September 17th “We the People of the United States” are invited to celebrate Constitution Day. It was on that day in 1787 that the delegates to the Constitutional Convention met in Philadelphia to sign the Constitution which has served well as our country’s guidepost for over two and a quarter centuries. Our national successes notwithstanding, the genius of the Constitution challenges us to question whether a governing document drafted with a quill pen and signed by men arriving on horseback is wholly relevant in a world of computers and supersonic flight. The fact that it has been formally amended 27 times and subject to extensive judicial interpretations leaves little doubt that ours is not yet a perfect government and further change is inevitable. But as we continue forward in that ever elusive search for constitutional perfection, we are wise to pause to celebrate the historic achievement that is our Constitution and reflect upon its global impact. By enshrining in a constitution the principles of the rule of law, separation of powers, and individual rights, our colonial fathers and mothers changed the course of world history. Their collective achievement inspired freedom and prosperity, both at home and around the globe, like no other human event.
Unfortunately, it appears to be increasingly in vogue that, rather than build upon our heritage, we denigrate or even totally reject our Constitution and its drafters. This is most regrettable. The founders, though flawed like we are in so many ways, had the wisdom, courage, and fortitude to create a new system of government intended not to perpetuate their personal fortunes but to capture for posterity the benefit of the collective wisdom of the great minds of the last four thousand years. That uniquely momentous act unleashed the opportunity to move forward, not to instant perfection but away from the exceedingly harsh conditions of the world into which the founders were themselves born. They bequeathed to us the freedom and opportunity to chart a path toward a more perfect union.
So now, in our own troubled times, as we search for a way forward on that elusive path toward a more perfect union, let us pray that we too might have the wisdom and courage to take up that historic task with renewed spirit. And while our Nation’s ultimate success in that endeavor will forever be in question, let us at least approach our earthly share of that task with the spirit of humility and unity urged upon us by President Lincoln: “With malice toward none, with charity for all, with firmness in the right as God gives us to see the right, let us strive on to finish the work we are in.”

I was sitting in my condo minding my own affair, when the Marston SWAT team came in kind of kind of aware. You left out that they broke trespassing laws on posted private property in the curtilage of a 4th amendment protected area and lied about the location to get the Judge to sign the warrant in the first place. This was not harmless error. It was a constitutional error allowed by the disgraced Judges of your Circuit Court……
Oh you mean this Marston – In an independent study of the arrests made by Sean Marston of the Harford County Narcotics Task Force in 2010, a stunning 65% of the arrests were African American. In the course of the same study it was determined that all his cases were prosecuted by Christopher Tabone of the Harford County State’s Attorney Office. During the same study, Mr. Tabone’s recommended bail bond amounts to the Harford County Circuit Court, were 75% higher than the recommended bonds for caucasion offenders of the same offenses. The Honorable Judge Angela Eaves, kept these bonds the same even though she is african american herself, as she was the bail review judge for each of these cases. Even more stunning is the fact that a Maryland State Police Officer who was named in a 2005 Racial Profiling Lawsuit by the ACLU, a Mr. Paul J. Quill, accompanied the raid team on each expedition. Even though the outcome for some of these cases have yet to be finalized, the majority of the sentences handed down to black offenders are greater than the white offenders.

Another little statistic for you, ALL MEMBERS of the Sean Marston Hate Squad are white! Theres an interesting fact for you. What do you want? Harford County has already grouped us based on our skin! Thats why Marston singled out BLACK offenders, instead of WHITE offenders. Thats why Christopher Tabone recommended higher bails for the BLACK offenders and not the WHITE offenders. Thats why the Disgraced ANGELA EAVES kept more BLACK OFFENDERS behind bars than the WHITE offenders. The bottom line is BLACK OFFENDERS SERVE LONGER SENTENCES THAN WHITE OFFENDERS!
Independent study? Interesting. Could you please state who conducted the “Independent Study”. I would like very much to read that one. I can only speculate who conducted that “study”. Probably the same guy that authored Black Lives Matter. Some people are just so predictable. And while we are on the topic of claiming racial foul in so many criminal matters I would like to share a thought. I was a police officer for over 30 years. I never had a sustained brutality, integrity, or racial complaint. As a police officer, I had no worries when the race card was played on any of my arrests. To me, that just confirmed that the person I had arrested was in fact guilty of the crime they were charged with. Playing the race card is the often times the last ditch effort of a guilty person who can not justify their criminal behavior. Stop, Don’t go there. I am not saying that race based arrests do not unfortunately occur. Calling Joe Cassilly or Cristopher Tabone racists is probably the most ridiculous post the Soulman has ever made. Remember what I said about the last desperate effort of a man who has no legal justification for his actions. Furthermore, attempting to defame or malign Judge Eaves is equally an idiotic desperate act.
I did not author anything that was presented in the comments of BLACK LIVES MATTER. I did not make the comment of BLACK LIVES MATTER. You can try and make it out like I did, but you’re wrong. If it doesn’t say “SoulCrusher” then its not me. End of discussion……

The Black Lives Matter poster felt the need to do an “Independent Study” on the activities of Detective Marston, S/A Tabone, and Mr. Cassilly. Coincidentally, those same folks have been repeatedly maligned on a regular basis by only one person the Soulman. Those same people , including the very honorable Judge Eaves were responsible for his prosecution and subsequent conviction. The timing and the players makes for an incredible coincidence. Come on Soulman. You are either delusional or just a flat out moron if you expect anyone to believe that you do not have several alter egos or personalities. You my friend are a hoot. Keep it up.
I suppose you’re going to say I’m the deleted comments of Dissenter also. Whatever, I did not leave the Black Lives Matter comments. I do not agree with the Black Lives Matter movement. I thought you used to be a cop? You can’t rely on circumstantial evidence. I doubt you were a good cop as you seem to jump to conclusions. I don’t care what you or anyone else says, I was wronged by your entire Judicial system up there. I did not leave the comments by Black Lives Matter, however, I am aware that the entire script is TRUE. I read the past posts. It is kind of curious the the phantom posters about Police/States Attorney racism occurred after the Soulman’s arrest . I find it fascinating that the only people mentioned were police officers and members of the S/A office who were specifically involved in the Soulman’s case. I’m sure it is just a silly coincidence.
I thought you would see where it was posted from and use your common sense, but that is a stretch. As any who have followed the Dagger know, I don’t step foot in Harford County. In order to get to Cecil County you have to go thru Harford County. That is taboo. The original writer of this report came from Elkton, MD. way back in 2011. It simply was not me. I have only been in Elkton 4 or 5 times in my life. The last time I traversed Cecil County was in 2008, to do work involving your corrupt court system. Anyway, I can see how you put your facts together to satisfy your puny little ego. But no, I did not author or submit it to the Topix website. If I had, I would gladly take credit for exposing the racially biased motives of the Harford County Law Enforcement, Courts and Prosecutors. But I can’t take the credit another deserves……..

Unfortunately for Senator Cassilly, he will have to live with the shadow of his bother’s racially motivated prosecutions and the racially motivated sentences of the Courts. Being a Republican, I’m sure he will have no problem with it. I just wonder if he will ever come to terms with his family’s fetish of child touching at the BO-PEEP.
