Three arrests were made by the Aberdeen Police Department during the early morning hours of Saturday, August 15, 2015 for an assault involving a handgun.
Raynor Horton Jr, 53 of Graceford Drive in Havre de Grace was charged with two counts of first and second degree assault, reckless endangerment, carrying a handgun on his person, and transporting a handgun in his vehicle. Two juveniles were also charged as adults, 16 year old Tyler Horton of Graceford Drive and 16 year old Jose Feliciano of Paradise Rd in Aberdeen.
Officers responded to the 600 block of Holly Circle around 2:50 a.m. to investigate reports of an assault. Upon their arrival the located two female victims who stated three white males had approached the vehicle they were seated in. One of the males allegedly then reached into the car and put a handgun to the head of one of the women while the other males surrounded the vehicle. The women were able to drive away in their car where they flagged down a responding officer. They provided police with descriptions of the males and their vehicle, a black Dodge Ram truck. Officers were then able to locate the vehicle and suspects on Holly Circle. The males were detained and a handgun and ammunition were located in their truck. All three were arrested and charged after being positively identified by the victims.
Ok… 1st : Graceford Dr. is in Aberdeen last time I checked,2nd did the police locate these females at the scene or did the females locate the police driving away? 3rd,what the hell can you possibly do in Holly circle at 2 something in the morning?

Somebody should check old Jose’s green card. Jose Feliciano was a singer back in the 60’s. Remember “light my fire” . Sounds like an impromtu name given to the police. Just saying
