Bel Air Police would like to thank our media partners and public for helping identify the suspect pictured below. Stefan Abhishek Vincent 23 of Kingsville, Maryland has been identified as the person taking video and still images in the dressing room of the Target Store on Marketplace Drive on Saturday August 8, 2015.
Police received an anonymous tip identifying Mr. Vincent as the suspect. Mr. Vincent contacted Bel Air Police Detectives and admitted to videotaping the victim as she was undressing. Charges are pending against Mr. Vincent.

Agreed. With all the porn and other crap available on the internet, with all the sluts and prostitutes readily available, this guy took it upon himself to take video and pictures of a changing room in Target. That’s pretty messed up. By the way, I have nothing against sluts…..
