Public hearings will be held before the Zoning Hearing Examiner for
CASE NO. 5843: FEAZELL PROPERTY MANAGEMENT III, LLC – 1101 Oak Avenue, Joppa. Variance, proposed for the First Election District, 1101 Oak Avenue, Joppa, by FEAZELL PROPERTY MANAGEMENT III, LLC. Appealed because a variance, pursuant to Section 267-20A(3) of the Harford County Code, to substitute a construction services and suppliers use for an existing valid non-conforming motor vehicle repair shop use, and a variance to Section 267-21 to expand a non-conforming use in the R1 District, requires approval by the Board of Appeals.
CASE NO. 5845: BEVERLY KING – 720 Aldino Stepney Road, Aberdeen. Variance, proposed for the Second Election District, 720 Aldino Stepney Road, Aberdeen, by BEVERLY R. KING. Appealed because a variance, pursuant to Section 267-24B(1) of the Harford County Code, to allow a fence to exceed the 4 foot maximum height (6 foot fence existing) in the Agricultural District, requires approval by the Board of Appeals.
