From the Aberdeen Police Department:
An employee of the Merit Hotel located at 980 Hospitality Way was surprised Sunday evening when a man entered the hotel, accosted an employee, forced her into an office area, and robbed the store of an undisclosed amount of money before fleeing on foot. The suspect is described as white male, wearing a t-shirt w/ breast pocket logo, blue jeans, approximately 6’0”, and thin in build. No reports of weapons or injuries were reported.
The Aberdeen Police Department responded to the report of an armed robbery and quickly canvassed the area with negative results. Harford County Sheriff’s Office and Maryland State Police provided additional K-9 support to attempt to track the suspect with negative results.
