CASE NO. 180: TRUTH HOUSE MINISTRY CHURCH – 3303 Emmorton Road, Abingdon. Rezoning, proposed for the First Election District, 3303 Emmorton Road, Abingdon, by TRUTH HOUSE MINISTRY CHURCH. Appealed because a rezoning, pursuant to Section 267-12A of the Harford County Code, to rezone 1.86 acres from R2 Urban Residential District to B3 General Business District, requires approval by the Board of Appeals.
CASE NO. 181: BOX HILL SOUTH COMMERCIAL LLC – 10 Box Hill South Parkway, Abingdon. Rezoning, proposed for the First Election District, 10 Box Hill South Parkway, Abingdon, by BOX HILL SOUTH COMMERCIAL LLC. Appealed because a rezoning, pursuant to Section 267-12A of the Harford County Code, to rezone 2.64 acres from RO Residential Office District to B3 General Business District, requires approval by the Board of Appeals.
CASE NO. 182: BOX HILL SOUTH COMMERCIAL LLC – 3309 Emmorton Road, Abingdon. Rezoning, proposed for the First Election District, 3309 Emmorton Road, Abingdon, by BOX HILL SOUTH COMMERCIAL LLC. Appealed because a rezoning, pursuant to Section 267-12A of the Harford County Code, to rezone 2.95 acres from R2 Urban Residential District to B3 General Business District, requires approval by the Board of Appeals.
CASE NO. 183: BOX HILL SOUTH COMMERCIAL LLC – 3305 Emmorton Road, Abingdon. Rezoning, proposed for the First Election District, 3305 Emmorton Road, Abingdon, by BOX HILL SOUTH COMMERCIAL LLC. Appealed because a rezoning, pursuant to Section 267-12A of the Harford County Code, to rezone 1.63 acres from R2 Urban Residential District to B3 General Business District, requires approval by the Board of Appeals.
