From Visit Harford!
Visit Harford! is pleased to announce the selection of Gregory Pizzuto as the new Executive Director. Pizzuto, most recently the General Manager for the APG Federal Credit Union Arena at Harford Community College, will begin his duties with Visit Harford! on August 10th. Visit Harford! recently opened their new office and information center at 108 S. Bond Street and serves as the official Destination Marketing Organization for Harford County.
“The Board is pleased to have Greg lead the organization, we are very excited to have him lead our tourism efforts,” stated Patricia Parker, President of the Board of the non-profit Visit Harford!. “His enthusiasm for Harford County and his career experience fit well with the organization.”
Pizzuto states, “Harford County is a wonderful place to live and visit with so many events and attractions. I look forward to working with all of the entities to promote Harford County locally, regionally, and nationally.”
Pizzuto comes onboard just in time for the Maryland State BBQ Bash, sponsored by Visit Harford!. Be sure to stop by the Visit Harford! booth at the Maryland State BBQ Bash on August 14 and 15 to welcome Greg to his new position.
