Hear ye! Hear ye! The Harford County Public Library Foundation cordially invites young lords and ladies to a Little Royal Highness Tea Party on Thursday, August 20, 2015 at the Bel Air Library. Come dressed as your favorite prince or princess and enjoy tea and treats with children’s author E.D. Baker. A magical guest will make an appearance courtesy of The Princess Company.
E.D. Baker made her international debut in 2002 with The Frog Princess, which was a Texas Lone Star Reading List Book, A Book Sense Children’s Pick, a Florida’s Sunshine State Readers List pick and a 2006 Sasquatch Book Award nominee. The Frog Princess inspired the Disney film Princess and the Frog! She has written 18 books to date and has no plans to quit writing anytime soon. E.D. Baker lives on a small farm in Maryland where she and her family breed Appaloosa horses.
Tickets for the Little Royal Highness Tea Party are the child’s age up to $10. (Ex: a 4 year old is $4); adults are $10. Children must be accompanied by an adult.
