From the office of the Maryland State Fire Marshal:
Deputy State Fire Marshals are seeking help from the public to assist with locating the individual responsible for intentionally igniting four dumpsters on fire along Pulaski Highway in Edgewood in the early morning hours on Monday, July 13, 2015.
Pictures reveal the suspect of interest that was observed on surveillance video intentionally igniting dumpsters located at the following locations: 1001 Edgewood Road – Denny Lee Carpets at 1:27 AM, 2108 Pulaski Highway – Chesapeake Pawn at 4:03 AM, 2000 Pulaski Highway – KFC at 4:22 AM and 1804 Pulaski Highway – IHOP at 4:29 AM. The individual below appears to be a white male, 45-60 years of age, balding with a beard, camouflage jacket and shorts.
Investigators believe the subject may be homeless and was recently released from a medical facility due to observing what appears to be bracelet on his left wrist.

Probably like everyone else in our criminal justice system. 5 year sentence, 4 years/11 months suspended.
I mean, hey, we don’t have the room to sentence everyone to jail time.
Its a people problem too not an imanimate object problem, most repeat offenders have no inclination to ever change their lifestyle.
