From Harford County government:
Due to the Harford County Farm Fair, the Tollgate Road Yard Trim Drop-off site will be closed on Saturday, August 1, 2015. Citizens may drop off their yard trimmings at the Harford Waste Disposal Center on Scarboro Road, which will be open as usual on August 1 between the hours of 7:00 a.m. and 3:00 p.m.
The Tollgate Drop-off site will re-open on Saturday, August 8 at 7:00 a.m.
