A two-alarm fire which broke out among scrap vehicles and junked items on a Havre de Grace property Saturday evening remains under investigation, fire officials said.
The fire was reported by a passerby in the 4000 block of Gravel Hill Road in Havre de Grace just after 5 p.m. Saturday, according to a release from the Office of the State Fire Marshal. The two-alarm blaze eventually drew a total of 60 firefighters from the Level, Susquehanna, Aberdeen, Bel Air, and Rising Sun fire companies; the firefighters brought the blaze under control in approximately 45 minutes.
According to the State Fire Marshal’s Office, the fire involved several scrap cars, a roll back truck, and several other junked items, but the exact area of origin and a preliminary cause of the fire both remain under investigation. Damages as a result of the fire totaled approximately $5,500.
Anyone with information about the fire is asked to contact the State Fire Marshal’s Northeast Regional Office at 410-836-4844.

Oh? Is that going to rough some feathers of the local Pick’um’up community who hang out at Wa-Wa wearing ropers, flannel t shirts, and eating a chicken sammich overtop the trash cans?
“Get it right, that’s Darlington not Have Disgrace, ahhh hyuck yuck yuck”
I found the missing link between man and ape, its found at WaWa on a Friday night.

Taken individually, I think I know the definition of each word in this comment(well…maybe 90% and I could probably guess the rest). Put together like they are, I really don’t understand what the post is supposed to mean…and how it pertains to a fire in Hdg (and Wawa? There isn’t even a Wawa nearby).
Look, if you don’t like Wawa’s chicken sandwiches, just walk across the street to Royal Farms. They’re more well known for their chicken.
