What about the horrible Hit & Run of Chris that happened in Fallston (Harford Road/snow blower)? It’s like no one is talking. Has anyone been arrested & charged (after it was reported that the Jeep was located)??

You can bet that the MSP investigators are on it. They most certainly know who the registered owner and primary operator is. I’m going to guess when they made contact with that person he/she “lawyered up”. The attorney advised him/her to say nothing. Now they have to figure out away to put him/her behind the wheel at the time of the incident. Have faith, they are among the best investigators available. Or just maybe it will prey upon the operators conscience and he/she will come forward.
