Outstanding job of the employee! There should be “SOP’s” Standard Operating Procedures put in place for all convenience stores, gas stations, etc. to deter the criminal(s) of taking over like they own the place and get away with easy money…unearned and a menace to society who will in turn buy cigarettes, liquor, drugs…yadda yadda yadda and will go to another store of convenience and go in all big and bad demanding what is not theirs. Once again nice job to the employee in being safe and not giving in!
