Detectives of the Harford County Sheriff’s Office, Criminal Investigation Division are investigating after a suspect robbed a convenience store at gunpoint.
Deputies from the Sheriff’s Office responded to the 2100 block of Calvary Road, Bel Air on Sunday evening around 6:45 p.m. for a reported armed robbery. Upon arrival it was determined that an unidentified white male entered the store, produced a handgun, took an undisclosed amount of money from the register, and fled the store.
Deputies on the scene requested the assistance of additional units, to include a Sheriff’s Office K9, to canvass the area. They were unable to locate the suspect. The Harford County Sheriff’s Office Criminal Investigation Division was notified and initiated an investigation into the robbery.
The suspect is described as a white male, 5’6”-6’ tall with a thin build.
