Bel Air Police have charged Michael Robert Lacey of Bel Air, Maryland for an indecent exposure that occurred at the Macy’s Department Store on Sunday April 19, 2015.
Mr. Lacey was located at his residence on Clarks Ridge Court on Thursday April 23, 2015 and was taken into custody without indicent.
…and you always hear people complaining about the kids “hanging out” at the Mall…
