Harford County Sheriff’s Office Deputies have charged a 17-year old male after he robbed and assaulted a pizza delivery driver.
The 17-year-old, who is being charged as a juvenile, physically assaulted the victim in the 100 block of Waldon Road in Abingdon shortly before 5 p.m. Wednesday. After assaulting the pizza delivery driver, the suspect and an accomplice fled the scene with money and pizza. Detectives are still trying to identify the second suspect.
The victim was treated at the scene, but did not go to the hospital.
The 17-year-old is charged with 2nd degree assault, robbery and theft.
Anyone with information regarding the crime who wishes to remain anonymous may report their information through the methods listed below. If the information you provide leads to the arrest and indictment of the individuals responsible for this crime, you may be eligible for a cash reward up to $2,000.00.

What HUD housing? If so, you can thank your Harford County local government, Department of “Community” Services, who writes those grants and plans that kind of stuff. But I’ll bet none of the folks that work there live anywhere near that area.
HUD is funding that site independently on HCG OE Community Services. This doesn’t mean is Section 8 either. FHA financing is also used for hospitals, nursing homes and many other urban development hence the name housing and urban development.
17 is old enough to know better. Charge him as an adult. Do adult crime, do adult time.
