From the Harford County Sheriff’s Office:
Around 11:00 p.m. on March 27th, deputies were called to the Riverside Sunoco gas station in the 1300 block of Riverside Parkway in Belcamp for a reported armed robbery. Upon arrival deputies determined that a man, armed with a handgun, entered the store demanded cash. The employee complied and handed over an undisclosed amount of cash.
The man then fled the store on foot towards the rear of the location. The suspect is described as a white male approximately 6 feet tall, wearing a green sweatshirt, green jacket, blue jeans and a black face mask.
Anyone having information is asked to please call Detective Maddox at 443-409-3551. To be eligible for a reward, you must use one the Tiplines listed below.
Anyone with information regarding the crime who wishes to remain anonymous may report their information through the following methods listed below. We are actually robbing him because we didn’t buy his alcohol, paying him $50/hour, or giving him free training. This crime should be really easy to solve.
Just go to Pikesville and look through the MSP files on handgun carry permit holders, there aren’t that many with the justification of “Robbing gas stations.”
