Public hearings will be held before the Zoning Hearing Examiner for
CASE NO. 5834: DONALD CRIGGER – 1706 Whiteford Road, Darlington. Special exception, proposed for Fifth Election District, 1706 Whiteford Road, Darlington, by DONALD CRIGGER. Appealed because a special exception, pursuant to Section 267-88F(7) of the Harford County Code, to replace an existing dwelling with a mobile home in the Village Residential District, requires approval by the Board of Appeals.
CASE NO. 5841: CONOWINGO ROAD CHURCH OF CHRIST/BRIDGES MONTESSORI – 2529 Conowingo Road, Bel Air. Special Exception, proposed for the Third Election District, 2529 Conowingo Road, Bel Air, by CONOWINGO ROAD CHURCH OF CHRIST (CONTRACT PURCHASER: BRIDGES MONTESSORI, INC.) Appealed because special exceptions, pursuant to Harford County Code Section 267-88C(4), to operate a day care center, and Section 267-88C(7) to operate a school in the Agricultural District, requires approval by the Board of Appeals.
