CASE NO. 5839: HIGHVIEW LLC & JIM HESS – 3433 Fallston Road, Fallston. Special exception, proposed for the Fourth Election District, 3433 Fallston Road, Fallston, by HIGHVIEW LLC & JIM HESS. Appealed because a special exception, pursuant to Section 267-88H(4) of the Harford County Code, to permit the construction of a new funeral home, with the accessory use of a crematory within the same structure in the Agricultural District, requires approval by the Board of Appeals.
CASE NO. 5840: LAMBDIN DEVELOPMENT CO./SPECIAL EDUCATION SERVICES – 1250 Brass Mill Road, Belcamp. Special exception, proposed for the First Election District, 1250 Brass Mill Road, Belcamp, by LAMBDIN DEVELOPMENT COMPANY & SPECIAL EDUCATION SERVICES OF MARYLAND. Appealed because a special exception, pursuant to Section 267-88C(7) of the Harford County Code, to operate a school in the B2 District, requires approval by the Board of Appeals.
