[March 12, 2015, Bel Air, MD] Members of the Harford County Sheriff’s Office Warrant Unit arrested multiple suspects at locations throughout Harford County recently as part of Sheriff Jeffrey R. Gahler’s ongoing commitment to fighting the threat of heroin in our communities.
Spencer Tyler Panuska, 21, of Bel Air, Richard O’Neal Lindsey, 30, of Aberdeen, Abbe Ismail Aina, 22, of Aberdeen and Phillip Anthony Mach, 29, of Edgewood, were each indicted by a Grand Jury in Harford County after investigations into heroin distribution conducted by the Harford County Narcotics Task Force. Charges were for the distribution of heroin, conspiracy to distribute heroin, possession with the intent to distribute heroin, and possession of heroin.
Panuska, Lindsey and Mack were arrested without incident and taken before a Harford County Court Commissioner. Lindsey and Mack have been released after posting a $50,000 bail. Panuska is being held on $50,000 bond. The Warrant Unit continues to search for Aina whose last known address is 31 Roosevelt Avenue, Apartment F1, Aberdeen, Maryland. Anyone with information on Aina’s whereabouts is asked to call 410-836-6600.

Everyone of them should be charged with murder and hung.
Why? They’re not forcing people to do the drug. They just provide it which is wrong because it’s a terrible drug but again they force no one to do anything. People make their own choices and if they choose to do heroin and stick themselves daily which is disgusting in my opinion than that’s their choice they make for themselves and they will always find a way to get the drug until they get help themselves.

Agree with Soul Crusher – except the whole “growing weed for your own use” part. The history of letting repeat / violent / thugs / D-Bags back onto the streets is not unique to Harford County, it seems to be a Maryland thing.

The witness you refer to was the liar Detective Sean Marston. He got another liar named Scott Yosua to take two unrelated comments and merge portions of both to make it seem like a threat. Complete and utter evidence tampering. The past conviction was from 1995, that’s 15 years in the past and 13 of them serving your corrupt court system. Oh and by the way, Sean Marston and his stooges threatened me for 3 months before I finally blew up, using Confidential Informants to deliver threats to me right at my residence. I even have one of his text message threats saved on hard copy, but no one wanted to see it. Believe what you want, but the Crusher of Souls tells it like it is…….
Just to set the record straight, the Harford County Circuit Court, would not allow me to have a suppression hearing to prove my innocence by way of an illegal search, even though it was requested. Yes, the prosecution and the Judges, covered all this up and I forgive no one. The RECKONING has already begun, you just can’t see it yet, but you will……If I was a lying like Marston, they would have dismissed my CORAM NOBIS without a hearing. I got my hearing and poor Judge Bowen has to make a ruling very soon. I feel sorry for her. She either has to break the law and both constitutions of Maryland and the United States by protecting the corrupt Judges of the past or side with the Crusher. Its just that simple. Carr has exclusive rights to my case until April 15th, 2015 because of my corrupt attorney’s motion for reconsideration filed with Boss HOGG. Oh please, defending Spencer is like pissing in the wind! He does not appreciate it and he will not change, hence his current situation. I have known him for years and this kid can get away with murder and his parents blow hot air and off he goes to continue his bull crap. Regardless of the past, the current Harford County Task Force is definitely serving the BEST INTERESTS of the public in their Initiative to curb the use of Heroin and Opiates in Harford County. Any time opiates or any of its derivatives are removed from the street its a good thing. A very good thing. They deserve your support in their efforts to stop this menacing epidemic that is destroying yet another generation of Harford County’s Youth. I know no one ever thought they’d see it but, GOOD JOB HARFORD COUNTY TASK FORCE…..
I can say without a doubt that Abbe Aina was the scariest 15 year old I ever came across. I hope he is caught and goes to jail for a few hundred years. I would sleep better at night.
I know phillip too. He could have been in the wrong place at wrong time but one thing is for sure is dude is a certified bum. He does not work and never really has. He lives at home with him mom with no career or life goals like the rest of the bums and scum in Harford county. He claims to take care of his kids but how do you do that living with your mom and no job? He always looks lile that mug shot. Like he just rolled out of bed not a care in the world for his apperance. Two of his close frienda arw serving life sentences and i guess it was only a matter of time before he got caught up as well. He is not innocent and has a shady past. He is a good person. Nice. But i think he suffers from depression and obviously lacks ambition which always turned me off to him. How did he get out? Well it is tax season. Maybe his baby mother helped or like some suggested his mom. They both probably came up with it as a family. He is loved.
