CASE NO. 5829:
ELAINE GILL – 606 Mountain Road, Fallston
Special exception and variance, proposed for the Third Election District, 606 Mountain Road, Fallston, by ELAINE GILL. Appealed because a special exception, pursuant to Section 267-88F(6) of the Harford County Code, to permit a personal care boarding home, and a variance from Section 267-53C(1), Table 53-1, to permit a personal care boarding home on a lot less than the required 2 acre minimum (1.83 acres proposed), in the Agricultural District, requires approval by the Board of Appeals.
CASE NO. 5836:
JOHN KING – 3800 Smith Road, Darlington
Variance, proposed for the Fifth Election District, 3800 Smith Road, Darlington, by JOHN KING. Appealed because a variance, pursuant to Section 267-28B(8)(a)[2] of the Harford County Code, to allow a cottage house to be located in an existing detached accessory structure in the Agricultural District, requires approval by the Board of Appeals.
