From the Aberdeen Police Office:
On Tuesday, January 27, 2015, at approximately 3:13 AM, the Aberdeen Police Department responded to the unit block of E. Bel Air Avenue in reference to a stabbing. Upon arrival responding officers located a male suffering from stab wounds allegedly sustained during an altercation.
The stabbing victim was transported by Aberdeen Fire and EMS to University of Maryland Harford Memorial Hospital with non-life threatening injuries. At the conclusion of the investigation it was determined Charlanda A. Sconion, 29, was responsible for causing the injuries. Sconion was charged with 1st and 2nd degree assault and was transported for processing at the Harford County Detention Center.
This incident was not a random attack and occurred between two parties who are familiar with one another.
I am shocked that this crime was committed by black people. Stunned actually!!
Sad, it’s like a revolving door for these people. There are plenty of listings in MDCASESEARCH for ms. charlanda…. short jail times is not enough incentive to change these people.
