Greetings and Happy New Year to my neighbors in District A and throughout Harford County!
I want to let everyone know that beginning this Sunday, January 11, and following on the second Sunday of every month, I will be back at my table at the Joppatowne Flea Market from 2-4 p.m.
I am available by phone and e-mail as well, but I am looking forward to keeping up a routine of regular availability for the benefit of anyone who would like to talk in person.
I look forward to serving as your Council Member!

I’m sure my council representattive would be to scared of meeting the common people. He wouldn’t think of mingling with the voters, WHO ELECTED HIM. I’m wondering if I would have to address him as Admiral? Didn’t vote for him and don’t care for his security flip flop. Way to go Perrone! This is what true county government should be…..meeting with the people. Getting tired of seeing Captain Crunch putting dribble out.
