Deputies need your help identifying the two individuals in the pictures. They are wanted in connection with using stolen credit cards. The cards were used in stores in Bel Air on December 26, 2014.
Anyone having information is asked to please call Deputy VanHelten at 410-612-1717. To be eligible for a reward, you must use one the Tiplines listed below.
Anyone with information regarding the crime who wishes to remain anonymous may report their information through the following methods listed below. If the information you provide leads to the arrest and indictment of the individuals responsible for this crime, you may be eligible for a cash reward up to $2,000.00.

All of the most recent crimes about credit card fraud reported by the dagger have been committed by black people – the pictures prove it. The Walmart thefts… black people. Yeah, we do stupid crap too (with machetes), but how are you argue for the black community when this garbage keeps happening.

You are spot on. Great post! I am sure that Al Sharpton would differ with you but I think that even the black community is starting to discredit that racist ass. I feel that the blood of those slain officers in New York is to a great degree on his hands. I would not be surprised if even liberal MSNBC has had enough of him and will kick him to the curb. You do the math. Not everything is about race.
If stores would require Photo ID for every credit card purchase, regardless of the total charge, some of this petty stuff could be stopped. OH WAIT, that would disenfranchise blacks from stealing just as much as it would supposedly disenfranchise them from voting. We can’t allow that.
Or just hasten deployment of Chip & PIN for credit card processing. Chip & Signature is coming out shortly, but that’s nowhere near as secure as requiring the PIN since the card processing agreement with the merchant states that a mismatched signature is not enough to halt the transaction.
MC, Visa, and AE do not allow merchants to ask for ID, regardless of race. The stores have no choice in the matter.
Not everything is about race. BTW, I do agree that photo ID should be required to vote.

MC and VISA merchant rules explicitly prohibit conditioning card acceptance for payment on the presentment of ID or a driver’s license (AMEX is less specific).
Most identity theft happens where you provide things like a credit card, driver’s license and SS#.
This most commonly happens in doctor’s and dentist’s offices, hospitals and medical facilities. And it is next to impossible to trace where exactly your identity had compromised and stolen.
I am absolutely stunned that the criminals were black. Damned white guys!!
Probably because white guys use machetes. We can all grab segments of the population to make gross generalizations. Not sure it is productive or healthy.

You talk bout these two white punks and their machetes. I’ve been alive along time and haven’t seen many news incidents involving machete robberies. I think they are a couple of spoiled brats who’s allowance doesn’t fill their drug needs. On the other hand, I can’t go one night of watching the news where they don’t show shootings in Baltimore or the rest of the country involving black suspects and black victims. What I don’t understand is why the Al Sharptons, Obamas, and Eric Holders in this country will not acknowledge that black people are a large percentage of the crime and violence in this country. Instead they will wait for incidents involving hoods like Trayvon Martin and Michael Brown to make their lame arguments regarding race relations in this country. Hey do you think they contributed to their own destruction. I do. Just saying.
Unfortunately for the black community, race hustlers fail to pick and chose their battles, and end up sounding like the boy who cried “wolf.” As a result, the general population suffers from outrage fatigue, and when a legitimate reason for complaint arises, it is dismissed as “just more of the same.”
